Kim Chu ( Cindy ) Ly
Hi, my name is Kim Chu (I also go by Cindy). I was born in Sai Gon VietNam and currently live in Northern Virginia. My passion has always been in helping the children in greatest need back in my home country. I know first-hand how many poor children there are in Vietnam struggling for food, clothing, proper shelter, school supplies and medical services. As a mom of a healthy, beautiful child my heart hurts for those not as fortunate.
The care that I have been providing to these children through the kind donations of many loving people have given me the desire to do even more. I am so thankful for the support that my mission has received from Facebook as well as friends and family but am thrilled to be able to share my new charity even further. The KC Charity (KC for the initials of my name) has been created to bring even more help in support of children in need, the orphanages and others ...within the rural areas of Vietnam.

Hi, I'm Phung Ly, I was born in Sai Gon, Viet Nam. I came to the U.S. when I was 13 and now i am a graduate of USC with a pharmacy degree. The reason I became involved was because of my older sister Kim Chu. She often shared her love and desire to help these children in need and I knew that I wanted to help too because these children deserve an opportunity for a good life as other children in the world .

I have seen firsthand the dedication, hard work and passion Kim Chu and her team for these children in need in Vietnam. Our hope is to one day extend our reach to all children in need regardless of their country of origin.

My name is Mauricio Lievano Lesmes. I am working at the landscaping company as an accounting staff and computer support. I am the only Hispanic in this charity but I am proud to be part of them. My mother always telling me to help others while you can. That's why when Kim Chu asked me to help her in her charity, I immediately said yes and told her how to start helping the children because I love them! Thank you Kim Chu for bringing me into your charity because at the same time I am able to follow my mother message.

Hi , I'm Cindy Dinh, I was born in Vietnam . I came to the U.S. when I was 14 and currently I work for a large credit union. The work that KC Charity, Inc does is something that I wanted to be a part of. To know that we are making a difference for children in need back in my home country is of significant importance as I am the mother of two children. With my help and that of the team, we will help Kim Chu's dream become a reality.

Hi , I'm Trinh Lu...and my nickname is Mimi. I'm a mother with 3 growing ups children. I have known Kim Chu Cindy for a long time and we used to work together. When she told me that she will have her own charity, I immediately told her that I will support her 100% without questions. And now, we are going back together...not at work...but together as a mother to continue to help the children in needs.
